Workday Integration Consultant (m/w/d)

Role

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide guidance on best practices, configuration, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design and develop integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems, such as payroll, benefits, and time tracking systems
Advise clients on industry best practices for integration design, development, and testing
Develop and execute project plans, including testing, training, and deployment activities
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution for client requests and incidents related to integrations
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and stakeholders
Participate in pre-sales activities, including client demonstrations, proposals, and scoping sessions
Maintain knowledge of Workday updates and new features related to integrations and recommend enhancements to clients

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
2+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and configuration or similar experience in other related technologies like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite etc.
Strong knowledge of integration design patterns, web services, and API technologies
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel as needed

Certifications

Workday Integration certification is preferred, but not required.
