Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our boutique consulting firm and lead the sales efforts for our Workday consulting services in the DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing relationships with HR departments at various organizations in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue and market share for Workday consulting services in the DACH region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with HR departments at various organizations in the DACH region
- Maintain and grow existing relationships with key HR departments in the DACH region by traveling to client locations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of Workday consulting services to clients
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments in Workday consulting to ensure that the company’s services remain competitive in the DACH region
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the DACH region
Skills and Experience
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling Workday consulting services to HR departments in the DACH region
- Strong understanding of the Workday consulting industry, including trends and developments in the DACH region
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the DACH region
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in the DACH region
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
