Role

As a Workday Recruiting Consultant, you will be responsible for helping organizations implement and optimize Workday Recruiting solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide guidance on best practices, configuration, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and configure Workday Recruiting solutions to meet their needs
  • Advise clients on industry best practices for recruitment business processes and system configuration
  • Develop and execute project plans, including testing, training, and deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution for client requests and incidents related to recruitment processes
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including client demonstrations, proposals, and scoping sessions
  • Maintain knowledge of Workday updates and new features related to recruiting and recommend enhancements to clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and configuration or similar experience in other related technologies like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite etc.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment business processes and best practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed

Certifications

  • Workday Recruiting certification is preferred, but not required
