Role
As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for helping organizations implement and optimize Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide guidance on best practices, configuration, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and configure Workday Security solutions to meet their needs
- Advise clients on industry best practices for security design, configuration, and maintenance
- Develop and execute project plans, including testing, training, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution for client requests and incidents related to security and access control
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including client demonstrations, proposals, and scoping sessions
- Maintain knowledge of Workday updates and new features related to security and access control and recommend enhancements to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and configuration or similar experience in other related technologies like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite etc.
- Strong knowledge of security design principles, access control, and data protection
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
Certifications
- Workday Security certification is preferred, but not required.
