Role

As a Workday Time & Absence Consultant, you will be responsible for helping organizations implement and optimize Workday Time & Absence solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide guidance on best practices, configuration, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and configure Workday Time & Absence solutions to meet their needs
  • Advise clients on industry best practices for time and attendance business processes and system configuration
  • Develop and execute project plans, including testing, training, and deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution for client requests and incidents related to time and attendance processes
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including client demonstrations, proposals, and scoping sessions
  • Maintain knowledge of Workday updates and new features related to time and attendance and recommend enhancements to clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and configuration or similar experience in other related technologies like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite etc.
  • Strong knowledge of time and attendance business processes and best practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed

Certifications

  • Workday Time Tracking certification is preferred, but not required.
