Role
As a Workday Time & Absence Consultant, you will be responsible for helping organizations implement and optimize Workday Time & Absence solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide guidance on best practices, configuration, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and configure Workday Time & Absence solutions to meet their needs
- Advise clients on industry best practices for time and attendance business processes and system configuration
- Develop and execute project plans, including testing, training, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution for client requests and incidents related to time and attendance processes
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including client demonstrations, proposals, and scoping sessions
- Maintain knowledge of Workday updates and new features related to time and attendance and recommend enhancements to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and configuration or similar experience in other related technologies like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite etc.
- Strong knowledge of time and attendance business processes and best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
Certifications
- Workday Time Tracking certification is preferred, but not required.
